They have created conformity by basically forcing their ways upon people. Embryos, babies, and children are raised to be equal and alike. So, they are all equal but they have conformed to this way of life. They are classically conditioned to be a certain way and fear certain things. they have reduced most conflict because before they were even technically alive all the embryos were conditioned to be afraid or like the exact same things. Now, there are different generations who are taught different ways, but you don't really talk to people not in your generation. For instance Beta only communicates with beta, and the do not like Gamma. There are no personal rights, so there is no reason to complain. They have forced happiness by making the past ways of life sound horrible and silly. This is also the only type of life they have ever lived. They don;t know any better. You are also conditioned to love certain things. To the people in this society it is definitely a utopia because the people seem quite content. However, being an outsider we can say that this way of life is outrageous and total dystopia. Nobody in this country would approve of they way these people are controlled.
